With over 6 years of experience in sports marketing, advertising, client management, sales, and escrow, Katie tailors her marketing strategies to best fit each individual client. She prides herself on her hands-on approach and second-to-none drive and work ethic. She has helped 15+ families navigate the ultra-competitive housing market and global pandemic, to beat out the competition and negotiate the best offer for her clients. While tenacious and ambitious, Katie is also accommodating, truly putting the needs of her clients first. She was a BHGRE Silver Award Winner in 2020 and Top Producer by Transaction Number and Volume in November 2021. Born and currently living in Rocklin, she possesses intimate knowledge of the area and the Greater Sacramento area as a whole. Katie was a student-athlete at Arizona State University on the Women’s Volleyball Team and graduated with a BS in Marketing. She recently married her husband, Ryan, in June 2019 and they welcomed their first child, Mila.
