I am a Luxury Home Specialist (LHC), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a Probate & Trust Specialist, and a Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS). I actively serve home sellers and buyers in Greater Sacramento. I have experienced real estate industry firsthand from my multiple moving and relocations, bought and sold homes for myself, including luxury real estate. I am also a Certified Home Stager and a Feng Shui expert, running my own business called Please Stage! I hold an MBA from Northwestern University/Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Admin, with over 15-year experience as a fund manager, an investment advisor, a stock broker, and a private banker for High Net-Worth clients. I am therefore analytical, strategic, intuitive, visionary, sophisticated, and market savvy. I am proud to be a long-term strategic partner with my clients to assist them in their housing journey.
