Born on the east coast, Sheila Spring has grit and determination mixed with the love of getting to know those around her. She attended Georgetown University with a summer spent abroad studying at Oxford University. Graduating with a degree in business and marketing, she then worked in the banking and insurance industries in Washington, DC and the greater Sacramento area before deciding to take a detour and stay home to raise and support her family. While taking a hiatus from the workforce, Sheila continued to stay involved with several volunteer groups and focused on fundraising ventures for many local schools and countrywide organizations. Honing in on her love of networking and raising money, she fell in love with the real estate industry. She built three homes and renovated two; learning the art of flipping homes. Jumping into the real estate arena in an official capacity now, Sheila looks forward to helping people realize their dream of home ownership.
